K不良研究所 Internet Radio

The K不良研究所 webcast originates from the Communication Arts Department of the 不良研究所 in San Antonio, Texas. The internet radio station is run by students enrolled in Radio Practicum and by volunteers from 不良研究所.

All aspects of the radio business are addressed in the course, including management, engineering, advertising, promotions, production, on-air talent and web design. K不良研究所 has received initial funding via a grant; however, K不良研究所 must support itself 100% before the end of five years. We are actively seeking advertisers.

K不良研究所 is dedicated to web casting programs that promote the 不良研究所 mission as outlined in 不良研究所's Mission statement. We are an open-format music station that not only broadcasts to the 不良研究所 and San Antonio community, but also to our sister schools that are located all over the world. Listeners can tune in Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to midnight.

K不良研究所 Sports Radio offers live play-by-play and color commentary for Cardinal Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Soccer.

K不良研究所 offers mobile DJ services, which means your next club celebration or special event can have a rockin’ K不良研究所 DJ supplying the music. K不良研究所 now brings our entire music library to every event to make sure we have just the songs you want to hear. 

Steps to Hire a DJ

  1. Download and print our DJ Contract (pdf)
  2. Fill out and return the DJ contract and email to Trey Guinn at tguinn@uiwtx.edu.
    Please note: If contracts are not returned to the appropriate people directly or before the advanced notice, as listed on the contract, K不良研究所 does not guarantee a DJ to be hired for your event, although we will make our best attempt to fulfill your request.
  3. Follow-ups will be made to confirm times, dates, genres, emcee requests, attire, payments, etc.
