Dr. Rochelle Caroon-Santiago has been a full-time faculty member at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù since 2010; joining the Psychology department in 2024. She possesses a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from Capella University with a secondary emphasis in Health Psychology. Before that she earned a Master of Science in Human Performance from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University. Her research interests include athletic identity, transitions in sport, and the psychological responses to sports injury. Before coming to ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù, she held faculty positions at Stephen F. Austin State University, Utah State University and McNeese State University.
