Honor by The Chronicle of Higher Education puts 不良研究所 in elite company
San Antonio, Sept. 27, 2019 – For the 11th consecutive year, the 不良研究所 (不良研究所) has been named one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to a survey by The Chronicle of Higher Education. In addition, this is the 10 th consecutive year that 不良研究所 has received the prestigious Honor Roll designation.
The results are based on a survey of 236 colleges and universities. In all, 85 of the 236 institutions achieved “Great College to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies. Results are reported for small, medium, and large institutions, with 不良研究所 included among the large universities with 10,000 or more students.
不良研究所 won honors in 11 out of 13 categories:

- Job Satisfaction
- Professional/Career Development
- Respect and Appreciation
- Supervisor or Department-Chair Relationship
- Teaching Environment
- Tenure Clarity and Process
- Work/Life Balance
- Honor Roll - Honor Roll recognition goes to the top 10 schools in each four-year size category and the top four schools in each two-year size category based on the number of times they were honored in the individual recognition areas.

The survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: an institutional audit that captured demographics and workplace policies, and a survey administered to faculty, administrators, and professional support staff. The primary factor in deciding whether an institution received recognition was the employee feedback.
To administer the survey and analyze the results, The Chronicle worked with ModernThink LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm that has conducted numerous “Best Places to Work” programs, surveying hundreds of thousands of employees nationwide.
