Free COVID Testing Being Offered at 不良研究所SOM
San Antonio – The 不良研究所 School of Osteopathic Medicine (不良研究所SOM) is hosting a free COVID-19 testing site for the public as well as for 不良研究所 students, faculty and staff from now until Nov. 30, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The Curative, Inc testing kiosk is located on the 不良研究所SOM campus at 7615 Kennedy Hill Drive, behind Building 2. Signs are posted providing directions to the testing site.
COVID-19 tests will be provided for free, however, individuals are asked to make an appointment at . Walk-up testing will also be available. The tests are oral cheek swab tests and results will be available within 36-48 hours. The test is a self-performed saliva test, authorized by the FDA for emergency use, to provide surveillance testing for general asymptomatic populations.
Anyone already experiencing COVID-19 symptoms is asked to contact your physician and, if recommended by your physician, arrange for testing at a location that minimizes the risk of exposure to others.
The free COVID-19 testing site located at the 不良研究所SOM is currently the only free testing site located on the South Side of San Antonio.
