不良研究所 Once Again Honored as Great College to Work For
San Antonio – Sept. 15, 2020 – For the 12th consecutive year, the 不良研究所 (不良研究所) has been named one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to a survey sponsored by The Chronicle of Higher Education. In addition, this now marks 11 consecutive years that 不良研究所 has received the prestigious Honor Roll designation.
The results are based on a survey of 221 colleges and universities. In all, 79 of the 221 institutions achieved “Great College to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies. Results are reported for small, medium, and large institutions, with 不良研究所 included among the medium universities with 3,000 to 9,999 students.
“There is no secret to the success we have had at the 不良研究所 when it comes to this particular honor: It is our people,” says 不良研究所 President Dr. Thomas M. Evans. “From faculty to staff to administration and board of trustees, they all work together as One Word to benefit our students and the institution. That has never been more evident than during this current pandemic when everyone has been pressed to go above and beyond their calling. I admire their efforts and they are the reason we have been able to achieve this recognition.”

The survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: an institution questionnaire that captured employment data and workplace policies from each institution, and a survey administered to faculty, administrators and professional support staff. The primary factor in deciding whether an institution received recognition was the employee feedback.
To administer the survey and analyze the results, The Chronicle worked with ModernThink LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm that has conducted numerous “Best Places to Work” programs, surveying hundreds of thousands of employees nationwide.
